Pins will only be presented at a Success Day or other recognized meetings conducted by a company approved representative.

Diamond Sapphire Manager:

Suppose you are an Assistant Manager(75 cc) with 3 Supervisors (each 25 cc - total 3*25cc = 75cc). Lets assume that 1 cc is Rs.7500 (on an average - it may vary from Rs.6500 to Rs.8500 as discussed earlier). So your group sales would have been 75cc * 7500 = Rs.5,62,500. You commission from Supervisor sales is 5% when you are an Assistant Manager. 5% of Rs.5,62,500 is Rs.28,125. So Rs.28,125 is your commission through downline sales. This is on top of your own personal sales commission of 43%.
Suppose you are an Manager(120 cc) with 5 Supervisors (each 25 cc - total 5*25cc=125cc). So your group sales would have been 125cc * 7500 = Rs.9,37,500. You commission from Supervisor sales is 10% when you are a Manager. So 10% of Rs.9,37,500 is Rs.93,750. So Rs.93,750 is your commission through downline sales. This is on top of your own personal sales commission of 43%.
